My guess is 20MB Micropolis or Seagate 3600RPM or 4400RPM 5 1/4 full height.
It would use a MFM data interface and would be approx 20 to 22 y/o.

I used to have an IBM 3030 Hard disk. 17" sealed platter, 29MB capacity. The 1st commercially available hard disk. It was used with an Altos CPM computer at a friend's pharmacy.
