Hello Jeff, welcome to LiveJournal.

I keep mrwhistlebear well balanced. When you mix me with him, you get less of a dark side and more of an off-white side. He's already causing me to grow grey.

Thanks for the greeting!

hum. Interesting...
Now if you were refering to Dave & I, I would definitely have the overall darker outlook.

quite a great collection of boots and stuff, as seen on your site...
was wondering about that comfortable pair of socks (three photos)...
they look like they're made for thick ankles and this is what I need, too...earlier today, noted how my socks sorta cut into the bulk of my ankles and lower calves, so I folded the top edges down and that really helped...might sound crazy but I think there's some sort of circulation problem that can happen from too-tight socks, my legs felt better after I folded the socks down...but those socks in your photos look to be designed to take the thick ankles/legs into account

Thanks for checking out the site!

If I remember correctly, they are made by Colombia and I got them at Kohl's dept store. I may still have a couple of pair in their package, I'll check and post, if I find them...

Better yet: I searched www.kohls.com for socks, chose men's and they are on the first page...

Hanes makes nice low-cut ones that are comfortable for big ankles also.

Good Luck!
