njbigbear reports that the roofers visited the apartment today and that they put some tar around the vent cupola and that we're first on the list for a new roof. Interesting that they didn't give a start date for that activity, but it's good to see that a little griping can make things happen, even if it's been a problem that they've know about since shortly after I moved in late May 1999. -
